On the return trip home (1450 miles) after picking up our Bigfoot 25C10.6 Truck Camper, I discovered that the refrigerator would blow out pretty easily when traveling with it running on LP. On the last 1/2 day of the trip, I used some duct tape to cover the leading edge of the vents on the outside cover. I taped over about the first 5 or 6 inches. The result was, no more blowout. I left the tape on for our first camping trip  in the Bigfoot (3 days and about 400 miles) and still no blowout.

Since it seems to work fine, I decide to make something a little more permanent. I used a piece of that really thin aluminum flashing you get in rolls at the home improvement stores. I trimmed and formed the rounded corners of the "pan" that goes over the louvers and pop-riveted them. I attached the baffle to the inside of the refrigerator cover with 2 stainless steel screws. Then I ran a bead of silicon sealer around the edges of the baffle to seal it to the cover, mainly to keep it from flapping.
